What are you looking for in a game?

We love those big titles! Games that combine great gameplay, aesthetically pleasing graphics and a dash of addictiveness are exactly what we are looking for. A game does not need to have been in production for months to be a great success, but sometimes it helps.
Quite evidently, we are looking for games that fit in with our site theme. Any game that incorporates battles, war, fighting or shooting in the broadest sense of the terms is generally good to go!

Being an experienced (6 years under the belt) Flash developer myself, I am very familiar with the process of creating games. If your game is not finished yet but you feel you could use the feedback from a potential sponsor - do not hesitate to contact me!

Why should someone sponsor a game with you instead of trying another approach?

We have a solid budget and if we both agree that a MortarGames sponsorship is the way to go we will pay handsomly for being associated with your game. In addition, we believe in flexibility. If you feel that your game will do very well on the net and want to be rewarded for it, we can easily incorporate bonus prizes in the sponsorship money.

If you want to go for a "get-paid-per-play" scheme (that is, get paid for X number of plays) and the security that comes with knowing if your game becomes a blockbuster you will be paid for it accordingly, we are absolutely up for that as well.

Something that should be fairly obvious, but sometimes is not, is that you retain all the rights to your game. You may still publish it anywhere you want, as long as our branding is there, and crank out sequels at your will.
